Social Contribution

GS E&C intends to implement genuine sharing and serve as a partner to local commu-nities through corporate community involvement (CCI) activities reflecting its industrial strengths.

Through strategic social contribution programs that take into account our business portfolio, we have contributed to the growth of local communities via meaningful programs instead of one-time donations. Recently, we are promoting overseas social contribution activities and are making efforts to build programs that helps us earn the trust of the local communities.

Since 2009, GS E&C has been annually organizing the 'Seasonal Kimchi Sharing Event of Love' for low-income families and welfare facilities. This initiative involves executives and employees personally preparing and delivering kimchi. Starting from 2010, the event has extended its reach to include employees' families, enriching its impact.
