GS Engineering & Construction (GS E&C) announced that it has achieved a remarkable milestone by winning all three of the world’s major design awards in 2025, reaffirming the global design competitiveness of its premium residential brand, Xi, following its successful rebranding.

At the 2025 International Design Excellence Awards (IDEA), held in the United States, GS E&C received two main awards — one in the Environmental Design category for its House Xi brand gallery located in Daechi-dong, Seoul, and another in the Digital Interaction category for its Xi Lab, a future living technology experience space.

The IDEA Design Awards, along with Germany’s iF Design Award and Red Dot Design Award, are recognized as the world’s three most prestigious design competitions. Earlier this year, GS E&C won two main awards at the iF Design Award 2025 for its “Beyond A” website and brand book, and another main award at the Red Dot Design Award 2025 for Xi Lab in the Brand & Communication Design category. With the additional wins at the IDEA Awards, GS E&C has now swept all three global design awards in a single year.

The award-winning House Xi serves as a premium brand gallery that embodies the philosophy of Xi. The space integrates cutting-edge technologies controlling sound, air, and light with a user-centered spatial flow, providing a comfortable and stable residential experience that impressed the judges.
