   - Method: Customers’ direct input on the website 
   
3. Principles on Handling Personal Information and Retention Period 
   In principle, personal information whose original purpose has been accomplished and has expired shall be destroyed without undue delay.
   However, the following information can be retained for a certain period:

   - Items which can be retained: Name, Tel No., E-mail address 
   - Basis for retention: Customer’s complain or dispute(as per customer protection laws for e-business) 
   - Period of retention: 3 years
